The commission model, one sentence

JeetBuzz pays a weekly revenue-share commission, a percentage of the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by the players you refer, calculated fresh every Monday-to-Sunday cycle.

That single sentence hides four important details: how NGR is measured, which players count, how tiers escalate, and what happens when a week goes negative. This page walks through each.

The four commission tiers

Tier is recalculated each week from zero, a great week does not lock you in, and a slow week does not permanently demote you. The tier that applies is determined by the total weekly NGR your active players produced during that specific Mon–Sun window.

How NGR is calculated

The dashboard shows the formula explicitly:

`NGR = Gross Gaming Revenue − Bonuses − Payment processing fees − Chargebacks − Platform fees`

• Gross Gaming Revenue = total stakes − total winnings paid out to your referred players.
• Bonuses = bonus value credited to those players.
• Payment processing fees = deposit and withdrawal fees on their transactions.
• Chargebacks = reversed deposits (usually card fraud).
• Platform fees = a fixed technology cost per active player.

Bonus-heavy players produce disproportionately low NGR. If your traffic comes from bonus-hunting audiences, expect NGR to be a small fraction of gross stakes.

Negative NGR and carryover

If your players win big in a week and the deductions exceed gross revenue, weekly NGR can be negative. When that happens:

• Your commission for that week is zero (not negative, you don't owe JeetBuzz money).
• The negative NGR is carried over to the following week and offsets that week's positive NGR before commission is calculated.
• Carryover clears after a maximum of 4 weeks, it does not accumulate forever.

This is standard industry practice and protects the operator from a single high-variance week. Well-diversified partners rarely see carryover trigger because their portfolio smooths out variance across many players.

Sub-affiliate override, 3.5%

You can invite other partners to join under your affiliate account. When one of your sub-affiliates earns commission, you receive an additional 3.5% override on their commission. Sub-affiliate override:

• Is paid on top of your own commission, it doesn't reduce theirs.
• Continues for the lifetime of the sub-affiliate account.
• Requires no active management once the sub-affiliate is signed up under your code.

This is how mid-tier partners scale to Elite. Recruit five sub-affiliates each earning BDT 500,000 weekly and your override alone is BDT 87,500 per week before any of your own direct traffic.

What counts as an 'active player'

For tier calculation, only NGR from active players counts. A player is active in a week if they:

1. Are a real-money account (not a demo).
2. Placed at least one settled bet during the Monday-to-Sunday window.
3. Have completed KYC (unverified accounts have their contribution held pending verification).

Registrations without bets, and deposits without wagers, do not contribute to weekly NGR.

Practical examples

Example 1. Starter partner: 12 active players, weekly NGR BDT 150,000. Tier: Starter. Commission: 25% × 150,000 = BDT 37,500.

Example 2. Growth partner: 60 active players, weekly NGR BDT 800,000. Tier: Growth. Commission: 35% × 800,000 = BDT 280,000.

Example 3. Elite partner with negative carryover: Week 1 NGR = −200,000 (carryover). Week 2 NGR = 6,200,000. Adjusted NGR = 6,000,000 → Elite tier → 60% × 6,000,000 = BDT 3,600,000.

How to move up a tier

1. Grow active player count. Two hundred small players usually beat twenty whales, both for tier stability and for negative-carryover protection.
2. Reduce bonus dependence. Steer traffic to product pages and educational content rather than only to bonus pages, bonus-only players inflate stakes but crater NGR.
3. Add sub-affiliates. The 3.5% override is the fastest path from Growth to Elite because it stacks without extra effort.
4. Diversify verticals. Sports-only traffic is highly variable week-to-week; adding casino, crash and live-dealer flattens the NGR curve.

Common misunderstandings

• '60% forever', no. 60% applies to the week your NGR crosses the Elite threshold. A slower week drops you back to the tier that matches.
• 'Commission is on my players' deposits', no. Commission is on NGR, which is a fraction of stakes, not deposits.
• 'Sub-affiliate override reduces my sub-partner's payout', no. Their commission is unchanged; the 3.5% is paid on top.
• 'A negative week means I owe money', no. Negative weeks pay zero commission and offset the next week's NGR up to 4 weeks.
